About Mitch
Mitch has been working in real estate in Casey County since the mid-1990s. He is a certified residential real estate appraiser and a life long resident of Casey County. Mitch has extensive experience in appraising homes and land throughout central Kentucky for lenders and private clients. In 2012 Mitch completed the rigorous requirements and was awarded the SRA designation from the Appraisal Institute, the highest designation awarded for residential appraisers.

No matter if you are buying or selling a home, you need that home's value in the current market. We work with lenders, real estate agents, homeowners, buyers, and attorneys to value property based on the client's need.
Appraisal Review
I have vast experience in providing reviews for all types of real estate appraisals. Routinely these are used by attorneys for litigation and for homeowners or real estate agents for a second opinion on appraisals completed for lenders, pre-listing, or estates.
